SR Electricals is an IS0 9001-2008 certified Industrial Equipment and Metal Enclosures Manufacturer and Supplier in Beawar, Ajmer (Rajasthan). We have been functioning since 1999. We are serving Automation, Equipment manufacturers, Machine Tool Manufacturers, Machine Rebuilders, SPM Manufacturers, Telecommunication, IT, UPS / Stabilizers, Large Project Industries and MNC's in India. Our proprietary business is run by highly experienced electrical engineer Mr. Sunil Kumar. He has more than a decade̢۪s experience in the concerned industry. His being electrical engineer is an added advantage to customers since his expertise allows us to efficiently fulfill the technical requirements related to the product.

Designing :
Enclosures are designed on solid edge 3D CAD software. It gives an excellent aesthetic look, upgrades degree of protection, best strength to weight ratio and makes it easy to assemble internal components. We interact with our customers at the stage of designing the enclosures to make an excellent product.

Production :
We have in-house Hydraulic Shearing, Hydraulic CNC Press Brake (Bending) Machines with CNC Hydraulic Punch Press. During their use, utmost care is taken for designing the product, and that̢۪s why, Special Dies and Fixtures are used for punching, excellent machinery is used for MIG/C02 & TIG welding and finishing is also done on very good machinery. Assembly line is sated with pneumatic tools and latest technology packing system with electric hoist loading unloading maintains safe operations & material movements. Powder Coating with eight tanks pre-treatment is also done qualitatively at our dedicated sister concern unit. It is one of the best powder coating plants with 150-9001-2008 certification.
